During these uncertain times, the safety of our clients and staff is priority. We are excited to announce that we have reopened and look forward to hosting your tour. We have implemented changes to ensure COVID-SAFE operations and are monitoring the situation regularly.

Is it safe to tour?
Luckily Australia is a large island and our borders have been controlled extremely well to contain the spread of COVID-19. With very few cases of community transmission and the easing of government restrictions we can get back to doing what we love, offering fabulous day tour experiences in and around Sydney. We have implemented procedures to ensure our clients and staff are always kept safe and our tours are designed to keep you away from the large tourist traps.
What COVID-SAFE precautions have been implemented?
Cloud 9 Tours is a NSW government registered COVID Safe Business. We have implemented a COVID Safety Management Plan. Our staff and suppliers adhere to these COVID-SAFE protocols and we review and update these regularly according to government guidelines and legislation.
Cloud 9 Tours has implemented additional cleaning and sanitation procedures as a result of COVID-19. Vehicles are cleaned and sanitised with commercial grade cleaners in line with manufacturers guidelines for use. Not only will vehicles be cleaned each day prior to pick up, sanitation of surfaces will take place between third party experiences to ensure the safety of all guests.
Hand sanitiser and wipes will be available upon boarding the vehicle in the morning, throughout the journey and application will be mandatory upon reboarding at the conclusion of third-party experiences.
Gloves and masks will be carried on board and available should you feel this necessary.
What if I need to cancel my tour inside normal cancellation periods?
If circumstances beyond your control arise due to COVID-19 symptoms and illness we will not charge any cancellation fees. Cancellation must be received via email more than 48 hours prior to your scheduled tour. If you cancel inside this period, we will issue a credit for rescheduling within the next 24 months.
