We booked a private wine day tour in Hunter Valley for a Hens Group of 6 (which was a fairly last minute due to COVID changing locations etc) but Cloud9 was absolutely amazing. They got back to me promptly, made all our bookings for us and ensured everything was ready to go beforehand.
James, our guide, was absolutely amazing. He was very helpful, friendly and great company. He made us all feel at ease and laughed along with us, he even scouted out the most scenic places for us to get our insta shots in! He was full of recommendations and genuinely made our day worth it! Frequently Asked Questions
+ Can you cater to dietary requirements?
We recommend departing your pickup location in enough time to have your group arriving in the Hunter Valley ready to enjoy your first tasting when the wineries open at 10am. There is flexibility to leave later however this usually means that you will not be able to fit as much into the itinerary as the wineries will not take groups beyond certain times. Starting later does not always mean finishing later. We are happy to work with your times but please bear in mind that we plan your day allowing appropriate times for each tasting. The last group tasting venues will often accept is at 3:30pm so we usually have groups departing the valley at 4:30pm.
+ Can we add a stop for lunch?
A deposit of $200 per group is required to secure your booking within 2 weeks of receiving your deposit invoice. Final numbers are required 14 days prior to the tour. Upon receiving final numbers, we will send across the final invoice which is due 10 days prior to the tour. At this time, the deposit is deducted from the total amount owing. Any changes within numbers after this will only receive a partial refund (75%) of the tour price. This is since vehicles have already been allocated based on numbers and tastings have been booked and paid for which are non-refundable for us. If a partial refund is due it will process the Tuesday after the tour has taken place.
