The Rocks

We will commence our tour by exploring "The Rocks," the birthplace of European settlement, situated at the base of the Sydney Harbour Bridge. Your guide will provide insights into the area's history as a former settlement of convicts, soldiers, sailors, and street gangs, highlighting its transformation into the vibrant modern precinct it is today.

Colonial Architecture

You'll have the opportunity to see the prominent government buildings that line Macquarie Street, each with its own unique history and architectural significance. We then move into the bustling retail heart of downtown Sydney, where you'll be able to admire the Queen Victoria Building. Often referred to as one of the most beautiful shopping centers globally, its stunning Victorian architecture and intricate details are truly a sight to behold. Our tour also includes a visit to the historic Town Hall Building, another impressive landmark that showcases the city's rich heritage.

Famous green spaces

During this tour, we will also have the opportunity to discover the beautiful green spaces located to the east of the city. This will include a visit to Hyde Park and the Sydney’s Royal Botanic Gardens, a stunning oasis showcasing a diverse collection of plant life and offering picturesque views of the harbour.

Mrs Macquarie’s Point

Enjoy fabulous views from the beautiful vantage point of Mrs Macquarie’s Point. Mrs Macquarie's Point Gold is on the most north-easterly part of Farm Cove, connected to the lush expanse of the Royal Botanic Gardens, sitting proudly over the harbour with views of the Harbour Bridge, Fort Denison and the Opera House. This is a popular place for fantastic photos.

Sydney Heads & Coastline

Sydney Heads form a dramatic entrance to the magnificent Sydney Harbour.

The opening to the harbour is 2 kilometres wide and, like the coastline, is characterised by boulders and vertical, sandstone cliffs.

Bondi Beach

Visit Sydney’s most famous ocean beach, Bondi Beach. Known for its sweeping crescent of golden sand, consistent surf, and vibrant coastal culture. You will have time to enjoy part s include part of the Bondi to Bronte coastal walk, a clifftop path with panoramic views, dramatic sandstone headlands, and smaller coves such as Tamarama and Mackenzies Point. There is also usually time for free time to dip your toes in the water, stroll the promenade, watch surfers and lifeguards, or enjoy a coffee, ice cream, or drink at a beachfront café or bar.
